The challenge
A coffee shop earns its keep twice: at the counter, where the queue has to move, and in the room, where people decide whether to stay. The brief asked for an immersive, sculptural interior — but organic forms usually fight the hard realities of customer flow, service speed and a display counter that has to sell.

Our approach
The plan was drawn around movement first: order, collect and sit resolve as one loop with no crossing paths. The sculpted wall then does the emotional work — a single flowing surface that carries the seating, the brand and the light in one gesture — while the service side stays rectilinear and efficient. Bronze-tinted glass closes the room without darkening it.

The client’s goal
A neighbourhood destination that feels like a retreat, photographs like a brand, and still turns a queue at eight in the morning.
