How We Deliver
Every project follows the same six stages, whether you appoint us for design only or for full design-to-handover delivery.
Stage 1 — Discovery
We agree the brief, budget and timeline and review the space — at our London studio, on site, or by video consultation. Deliverable: an agreed scope.
Stage 2 — Concept and space planning
Layouts, zoning and circulation are resolved first, with mood boards and a clear design direction. Deliverable: a concept pack.
Stage 3 — 3D visualisation
Photorealistic renders show the finished space, with lighting mood and material testing, before anything is ordered.
Stage 4 — Technical drawings
Dimension, ceiling, lighting, power, flooring and joinery drawings, plus internal elevations, prepared so a contractor can build from them.
Stage 5 — Specification and procurement
Finishes, furniture, lighting and NND Collection pieces are specified and sourced.
Stage 6 — Project management, fit-out and handover
Site coordination, quality checks, snagging and final styling, through to handover.
Design only or full delivery
Design only: stages 1–5, with optional project management support while your own contractor builds.
Full delivery: stages 1–6, with one team responsible from first sketch to handover.
